Pricing
Delivery Costs
PBM Fitness agrees to supply products ordered via the Versaball website within 28 days of receiving your order. A postage and handling cost of $30 to all Australian major cities applies. Additional postage & handling charges may apply to more remote areas of Australia.
Please email details of the products required for a final freight cost via the ordering function on this website. Alternatively, feel free to submit your order with query and we will contact you to arrange appropriate shipping. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.
A 30 day money back guarantee option applies to online purchases of the Versaball only, however return delivery costs will apply.
Australian Delivery
Please note that domestic orders are sent via our premium courier service. All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we are unable to accept orders to P.O. Box numbers.
International orders will not be accepted.
Delivery Delays
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.
Additional Identification
Some orders may require additional identification before being processed. The transmission of this information to PBM Fitness may affect estimated delivery times. PBM Fitness reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We will gladly refund your money within the 30 days of delivery for online orders only. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns are to be sent to:
